Sometimes I feel only reason Bhavani likes Paaki is coz Ashwini doesn't like her.

Pahki is her choice and the other reason is, Samrat's money which Pahki will have if he is really dead. She had that discussion with Ninad telling him they need to keep Pahki happy so she does not run off with Samrat's money leaving Mansi with nothing.
