Knowing how Sai is, why is Pakhi not scared of Sai telling about Virat and Pakhi in front of everyone? Does she think no one will believe Sai? Or she is confident that Sai will not hurt Virat.

Very interesting question: worth pondering.

I think it's more to do with her confidence in the support she has from the Rajmata of Chavan niwas that no one can utter a word against her and get away with it. PP knows even Ashwini is not spared, despite her age, for trying to question PP about Virat. And because she knows Sai has the reputation in the eyes of the family for being someone who talks rubbish and should not be taken seriously. As of now, it hardly matters to PP.
