No in precap Mahima was telling to preesha that he is leaving with sar....I think yuv informed her about Ru leaving..as yuvraj is at all places where kaand are going on

The problem with YHC is that they are too fast for their own good .

In court case also , no view and no mention of Preesha , the lawyers didnt even ask for once to mahima - if you loved your son so much why did you leave in the first place? she didnt even like officially hand saransh to any one , what if if preesha hadnt come forward ? Where would saransh would have gone ?

what is the guarantee she wont leave again ? and she is mental patient also ?
