The way they have shown S warming up to M is total epic failure.That's not how it happens just one day your mother said so and next day you calling and warming up just like that to a total stranger.Maybe for S it's in his thoughts to call her M mumma.But,it take gradual time to settle down mostly for kids.The real mother for him has always been and will be P.It takes years to build up such relation for kids mostly cuz they are high in emotions.Within,a day he stole money to exit M out from their life to calling her Mumma next day was heights.

I low-key feel that S is behaving so nicely with M just because he thinks that it will make Pree happy and he wants to make up for disappointing her after pulling the stealing act.

I totally get it and understandable.But,the whole reverse physcology to force a kid emotionally into this sensitive matter was not shown.She could have a talk with S saying as long as he wants take time to wrap up to M but be gradual in response to her.It would have shown the effects of how S slowly warming up to M.
