I actually want this to happen just like Yeh hai Mohabbatein they showed that adoptive mother is greater than a birth mother

And there in YHM Shagun was a normal stable person even then the custody of Ruhi went to Ishita even though Ishita was a adoptive mother of Ruhi not birth mother

Same way I want Saransh to realise Preesha's sacrifices and what she faced from society to raise him and also tell the judge that she gave him a heartbeat after he was born and preesha is the most important person in his life than Mahima or Rudraksh.

I want Saransh to choose Preesha and not Mahima in court custody case just like Ruhi chose Ishimaa.

I agree with everything you said , I wish they had shown Rudra talking to himself how he is deliberaly doing this to Preesha, that would have been so much help for the audience connect. Abhi sab log toh bina bataye samaj nahi sakte.
