It depends on what kind of saree you wear and how you drape it. For taller women, chiffaun sarees look better, while on some curvy women - silk sarees look better. It just depends on your body type and style.

Yes, they all look good in saris.

If they are not looking good in saris, it's probably because they haven't worn it properly. OR they look better in Western wear so our minds are more inclined to like them in those clothes instead of saris.

Alia looks like she's going to a fancy dress event in a saree; Deepika looks like a cloth wrapped pole, and Kalki has a very weird boyish face and body, so she looks like a misfit. Scratch that, Kalki would look like an aged grandma in saree.

Then this is about body shaming. Not about who cannot carry off a sari. Because people without curves can perfectly rock a sari too.
