She could have handled it even without Malhar.

She's anyway in a higher post than him.

CVs don't give a damn about the female empowerment angle, so Kalyani being a DM and being Malhar's senior technically is and will be completely ignored... he's the "man of the house", so she shall forever be afraid of him... even an episode or two ago, he said he's gonna tap her mobile and doesn't care that she's the town's DM and she wasn't allowed to take any kind of action against it.

Since the beginning, he's allowed to basically do anything to her and she can't give it back... so the DM position wouldn't have meant a flying fish.

Females, clearly, on Raabta are here only to be mistreated by their spouses.

So I get why she did what did, in a conflict of interest situation, Malhar would have been under pressure by Avni to make a fair decision and avenge his brother... and he already thought Mukku was part of a criminal gang.

Even once proven that Mukku is Moksh, to be fair to Avni, he would've given in and sent the kid to remand home.
