Do Naavon Par Savaar: Pakhi or Virat?

Was it Pakhi's mother or father who told her that "do naavon par pair rakhogi toh dubogi" or something like that when she was marrying Samrat but still hung up on Virat?

More than Pakhi, I feel Virat is the jeeta jagta example of that muhavra. I am happy that he is fully supporting Sai but he does this monkey-balancing which is so irritating. Bhavani insulted Sai and Kamal, Sai gave it back in style and when she threatened to leave, he should have let her. For how long is he going to try and keep everyone happy? What Bhavani said and has been saying ever since Sai has come, is wrong and unforgivable. He can't continue this I-support-my-wife-but-will-not-go-against-my-family for too long. Eventually, he has to choose a side. His blind love towards his family is so disgusting. And the choice for him won't be between two goods or two bads which makes it a dilemma. It is the choice between right and wrong and it shouldn't be that tough for him.

At the moment, he is savaar on two boats and soon he will get caught in the crossfire.

It was Pakhi's father who said that dialogue. And I agree with you. Pakhi is not on two boats at all. It is only one boat and it's Virat's. She doesn't care about Samrat at all.

But yes, Virat is definitely on two boats, and in two situations. One is, as you mentioned, between Sai and his family. As Sai said, respect should be mutual. Sai is willing to put up with Virat's family if they are willing to extend the same courtesy to her. But it is Virat's family that is in the wrong. So, either he should wholeheartedly support Sai or take the side of his family.

And the other situation is between Sai and Pakhi. Somewhere, he seems to have come to terms with his marriage to Sai. He is also thinking of a future with her, though unintentionally. If he has decided to draw a line with Pakhi for Samrat's sake, he should stick to it. It doesn't seem like he wants to be romantically involved with Pakhi, but he's not letting her go either.

Right now... Virat be like:

It was Ashwini that told Pakhi that, right?

I think that it's good he is facing this dilemma. Like he knows Sai is right, but love for your family is like that, right? You might know they are wrong, but there is that fierce loyalty that binds you to them, and that is so difficult to break away from.

Virat has that I'll let you rebel, but there is a line that you cannot cross attitude. He said it the other day.

Of course, Bhavani was wrong today and even if there may have been anger, I do think she was testing Virat's loyalty by playing the I'll leave the house card. I think she was testing how far Virat would go for Sai! And true to her belief, Virat did flip with a little bit of help from Pakhi.

Remember when Sai threatened to leave the house if Bhavani did not eat the food, Bhavani did the same here, with more drama. If Sai was testing Bhavani's breaking point, Bhavani was testing Virat's! She

Sairat's relationship is not strong enough right now for Virat to side with her to hell's end.

👍🏼good point completly agree.

This people brought virat up.so he has a fierce loyality and love towards his family

so in some situations virat has to take familys side even knowing they are wrong

And if all negative vamps left the house how will the show go on😃

@ Bold Virat definitely does not want to get involved romantically with Pakhi. He did not give any such vibe since her marriage with Samrat. However he can see the unhappy Pakhi who is guilt tripping him all the time. He feels guilty and responsible for her condition and gets overboard to compensate that.

Also, the 'Vadaa' boy with 'pakki jaban ego' does want to prove that he is not breaking the promise he made to her.

What mature Virat does not understand is his behaviour is making Pakhi cling to him more and preventing her from moving on.

@bold - I agree with you. Virat is guilty for what he made Pakhi do, and is probably the reason why Samrat is not with Pakhi today. So he tries to make it up to her by involving her in his life and Sai's. But, he isn't understanding the fact that Pakhi is taking it in the wrong sense and holding on to hope when there is nothing.

Both Ashwini and Shailesh told Pakhi that.

Good observation about Virat and his family. He is very loyal to his family, and he has always strived for his family bond to be strong.

He did make it very clear to Sai the last time, that she can talk back, but not in that angry young woman mode.

@bold - Even though she was testing Virat... maybe, the way she went about it was terribly wrong. Taking about Sai's dead father and insulting him by talking about her upbringing is disgusting. Virat is right to support his family, but the way he asked Sai to put things right was wrong. He should have acknowledged that Kaku was wrong, but she is the matriarch and an important part of the family. He could have requested her to put things right instead of ordering her about.

I think Bhavani said what many girls hear when they get married; when girls don't know how to cook, they often hear the "is this what your parent taught you" line. Bhavani was insensitive though. I don't think Bhavani used her father's name to test Virat, I think she just wanted to rile Sai up and humiliate her.

But seeing Virat supporting Sai might have undone something in her. She probably felt herself losing control over the situation, the house and more importantly Virat. Her leaving the house drama was her attempt of not only taking control of the situation, testing Virat as well as show the guests there who holds power. And she succeeded in that.

But the way Virat approached Sai was wrong, but even then, I felt that Sai understood him.

Love for family, love for farz, but what about Mr. Joshi ka karz? He saved his life. Bhavani Kaku deserves hell just for insulting a shaheed human being who is the reason Virat is standing in front of her.
