Hoor's condition is deteriorating day by day. Instead of this honeymoon trip Asfand should take her to hospital for her treatment.

The story is not progressing. It’s still stuck on her conflicts with the real and imaginary Asfand.

One unrealistic aspect they have shown in the drama is that Asfand and Hoorain cannot build their intimate relationship for fear of pregnancy. Well they can take precautions, for one.

Other than that the premise has been laid that she gets confused between the real and make- believe Asfand and therefore perceives him to be her enemy. I think we have enough episodes explaining that. Now, it should focus more on the rehabilitation phase of the story.
