i think preeta was clear when she told many times to kareena that what she has for rishabh is just repect as a friend when kareena was telling her to stay away from him and not interfere in our families personal lives but it was rakhi who wanted preeta to convince rishabh for marriage

Sarla was blind but her eyes opened a bit when karan confessed his love in there first marriage and then in 2nd marirage when janki and her talk they were telling that ye dono khud bhi jante ki inke beech kya h but itna saaf h ki inn dono main dosti se gehra rishta h par chahat/pyar se thodasa kam and even rishabh knows that these 2 have feelings for each other but they have to confess it (Karan feels that preeta doesnt love him coz he still thinks preeta is in love with prithvi and wants rishabh;s and luthras money which was seen in prithvi-preeta 2nd fail marriage,preeran 2nd wedding,reception track,rishabh kidnapping track) only if preeta takes a stand confesses her love for karan then only this storycan move forward preeta needs to make him realise it has always been him for her and we all know karan heis a big egomaniac so atleast if not karan then atleast preea should confess even if its mahira sheryln are the ones who make her realise what she has and feels for karan is love and karan wants to know what does she feel for me and when preeta came to claim her rights she really took a step forward to karan and choose him even while we know she married him for mahesh's health and also coz shes his legal wife but she also listened to her heart as well when he told mahira that karan aur mera rishta dilon ka rishta h aatmaon ka rishta h toh story is moving at a snail speed but yes its moving
