As a matter of fact the whole family liked Pakhi just looking at her photograph.

Objectification of women is definitely an issue here. But didn't Pakhi liked Virat for his looks only. The way I see it even Virat is objectified. Another issue I see here is making inferences about person's nature from his/her looks. Handsome guy must be a good guy and beautiful girl must be agood natured (matured here) girl. The looks and personality delinking is necessary.

Only people who are not objectifying each other here are Virat and Sai. They know each other as human personalities with inherent flaws and still they have respect for each other which makes them a beautiful couple.

This is why I love this show. Virat and Pakhi's "romance" was very filmy, and not what you expect to see in reality. It was purely a physical attraction from both ends. I mean they did not know anything about each other other than their names. I blame Sunny for this, he probably inflicted those feelings on Virat by teasing him about it. Meanwhile, Sai and Virat's encounter was more realistic and something people could relate to. They did not have any accidental falls or any dreamy stares at one another, as we saw in that two-day yoga session with V and PP. I absolutely loved the awkwardness between Virat and Sai's photo session. The way Virat hesitated on putting his arm around Sai's shoulder and Sai felt the same hesitation when Shivani made her hold Virat's hand. It was so pure and natural that you often don't get to see in ITV shows. It's always one has to bump onto the other and then have a stare contest to develop the romance. All of us shipped Sairat because of their sweet banters, not because of some cliche romance. They knew about each other's personalities and flaws and had a mature conversation before getting into this marriage. They made clear of their expectations from each other. There were no "hai bechari- hai bechara" moments.

This is true!
Some people on the forum need to realise that the writers purposely made Pakhi and Virat’s romance so superficial and quick. Even so, on the off chance someone rooted for them, they made Pakhi do that hilarious dance near the bonfire, and that was pretty much it for Virat and Pakhi!😂

NGL that dance and that scene was so cringy...I skipped that scene. Like she started to dance out of nowhere while everyone was just watching her.

I think its pure attraction....I don't believe love at first sight thing....Even it is love at first sight, two days are not enough to fall for someone head over heels...or to believe the other person blindly...I mean sometimes it takes years to know a person better and sometimes even after spending years with someone, it will be difficult to understand ...I think they rushed virakhi pace... they could have show us at least 3 months relationship before separation...

DUDE, SAME! She was dancing on a particularly non dance-y number, that too all alone! Bahahha that made for good comedy.
