I really want writer to focus on treatment of such patients so that people get awareness.

I think a slight reason for lower TRPs is probably the sister rivalry angle, which even though I don't watch the show I do see in the promos. It's unnecessary to have that added typical stuff when the show can be about just 1, serious topic.

Thankfully Hoorain’s family has less screen time now which is a plus.

Although the topic of this drama is good but still I feel something is missing, the family drama could have been done without and instead of that supporting parents and sister would have been a better plot.

And in addition getting better supporting actors would have done this show a lot of good. I couldn’t emphasise enough that Hoorain’s entire family is beyond annoying not just in storyline but their acting as well.

Exactly they have very serious issue to focus on but they added some useless plots which are repetitively present in many dramas.
