Typical patriarchal mentality. Ghar me bahu Ko kachre Jaise Rakho toh chalega but ek baar Ghar me aa gayi toh Uske chale jaane se Ghar ki izzat pe daag bhi aa jaata hai.

I didn't watch the Bengali version as much as Tamil because they are too boring although I can follow Bengali a bit. Tamil version is breezy and fun like Sai Virat (It's Saranya Vikram there and PP is Sathya). So far, it's almost the same though. Scene by scene. 😐
