No, I think actually he wanted Pakhi to guide her in the house. Because she's new to the place and most of the elders in the family are against her. It's not related to her studies or something else as Pakhi thought 😆Virat is very well aware that Sai is a meritorious candidate and can handle her studies and other activities very well without any support.

I hope Sai tells Virat that he has no right to interfere with her personal affair. Please, writers, I want a definitive and stern response from Sai! Kamal sir was his guru because he was an experienced police officer. Meanwhile, Patralekha is a newlywed herself and needs to learn many things. IDK how much does he know her from his two-day yoga session to think that she could be a mentor for Sai? This honestly does not go with his profession as a police officer. He literally blindly trusts Pakhi. If he had asked his mother to be her mentor then it would have made more sense, but seriously, does Virat leave his brain in the gutter when he sees Pakhi? From what we have seen so far, the only thing Pakhi can teach Sai is how to cheat your husband and have an affair with another woman's husband.

I get that MMK, Ninad and Omi hold Pakhi at a higher pedestals...but I fear that Pakhi will agree to "mentor" Sai and be goody goody when Virat is around but will give Sai incorrect guidance when he is not around. I know Sai is a smart girl and mostly will not fall for Pakhi's trick.. but Pakhi can always tell Virat that she tried to guide Sai. But Sai does not trust her.

Yes Pakhi is also new but she has the acceptance of Bhavani, Ninad and others in the house. Regarding Ashwini, Karishma taunts Virat doesn't know about these yet.

Literally, his mother went thru the same thing Sai is going thru, she would be the best mentor for her. Kamal sir didn't ask a havalder to mentor him, then why is he asking pakhi?
