agar marriage bachani hai toh issues discuss karne honge. She said hum aye hi is liye hain taki apne differences kum kar sake. agar us topic pe baat hi nhi hogi toh rishte kaise theek honge. 😵 hugging, kissing n saath mein cooking se kaunse differences kam hote hain. baat chit se hote hain. clearly jo inho ne nhi ki. 🤓

However, I dont understand what is so “humiliating” about this? People get married, have compatibility issues and consider divorce, and some actually go through with it and emerge happier. What’s humiliating and embarrassing about this- its a shame that we still consider divorce as a taboo, which forces several couples to remain in unhappy marriages.

I completely 100% support people openly talking about sexual assault and depression on a public forum as it lends courage to people who have faced similar issues. Similarly, I think more people would be comfortable with discussing their marital issues and working through them if society/ media did not judge them so.

Abhinav crying that his father is going to find out about this through BB, is not humiliating? And will someone come to BB show to repair their marriage? Anyone with an ounce of grey matter in their brain would have this questions on the couple. They tried to put up a fake front of happy marriage in the show, and revealed this drama for a week’s immunity. Reeks of fraud.

And as for ur lectures on divorce being a taboo, plz spare me🙏. Ofcourse , I’m not suggesting that a divorce is the humiliating thing. Infact, it’s better to divorce and live happy separate lives than to lead miserable lives together. Especially for a couple like Rubinav , who seem to have no respect for each other. I’m talking abt the way it is revealed in the show, and it’s Abhi himself who’s crying that his parents r gonna find it out through BB show.

One simple question- is it humiliating that Eijaz’s abba will come to know about his sexual assault through BB show?

Edited to add: what I’m implying is that anyone’s parent finding out their child’s “dark secret” through a TV show is bad, not just about their divorce. And I criticised BB a lot yesterday for the insensitive way this task was executed. But selective criticism of Rubina for talking about divorce on national TV seemed wrong to me.

Yes, it’s humiliating for Ejaz’s father too. But , Ejaz father is not a part of the show. And Ejaz didn’t say that he’s a part of BB as a healing therapy for his trauma. Then, he would b criticised too.
Rubinav’s relationship is a part of the show. That’s why it’s scrutinised. It’s obvious that they don’t have any basic respect for each other, but put up this fake front for votes and sympathy.

1. Neither is Abhinav’s father a part of the show (since you mentioned that he would find out about the divorce through the show)

2. Scrutinzing the relationship is absolutely fine, they are contestants and will be obviously scrutinised. What I had a problem with is people calling it humiliating that Rubina talked about her potential divorce and empowering that other people talked about sexual assault, suicidal thoughts etc.

No one comes on a show like Big Boss where they are followed by 100 cameras....they have to wear a mike so even if they breaths can be heard by BB....to save a marriage......you need professional marrige counselors.....u need alone time and peace of mind to work on your relationship....you need to work on the issues.....how were they going to work on their marriage when they were not even able to discuss anything about it....

Getting divorced is nothing shameful...it doesn't make people bad...sometimes 2 good people are not able to live together because of difference of opinions...

There is nothing wrong even if they came on the Big Boss show for economic reasons...we all go through hard times....and they chose to make their divorce public for money all good...

What is wrong is to think that the audience is stupid and will believe in the bull shit story of saving their marriage on big boss where you can't even talk about it openly without the whole world listening to it.

I know the supporters are going to give ridiculous reasons to save face....but no one comes on a show where people watch and listen to them 24/7 to save their marriage...that is ridiculous as eff..😳

Well said! 👏🏼

How is being in BB house where they are only discussing strategies to survive in the game, bitching about other housemates, picking up fights with them, the best place to spend quality time and resolve their differences! Did they really think being in an atmosphere 24/7 where there is always so much of drama and tension the ideal option to salvage their broken relationship!

Whether they are genuinely on the verge of a divorce and came to BB house to save their marriage, or whether everything is hunky dory but they’re staging a drama of going through a rough patch, it’s equally pathetic that they chose to divulge it to the entire nation for a spot in the finale week!

I’d have given them some benefit of doubt if they had spoken about it aloud in the house before this task was given to them. If they chose to keep their divorce a private matter up until that point, BB task shouldn’t have been a reason enough to make it public.

This couple always seemed fake to me, but they managed to take pretence to another level!
