Pakhi’s question and its meaning

We are all immature individuals here ( if you know what I mean LMAO) but we aren’t so dumb to not be able to read between the lines. The positioning of Pakhi’s question, her saying you should “be with” sai on your “suhagraat” ; “what’s my place in your life NOW ” makes it clear what her hopes are from her bestfriend going forward. Her cunningly supporting Sai today proves it as well; she cleverly used that pawn at the right time to set the ground for Virat. I understand that her explicit emotions will never be shown through monologues because it’s going to come across as too much for ITV audience considering Virat-Pakhi are dewar-bhavi now, but one can assume that in the back of her head she expects them to be friends with benefits ( to say the least LOL). It’s not Sai who I am worried for because for her this shouldn’t and won’t matter for a while. I just feel immensely bad for Samrat and somewhere am glad that he doesn’t have to witness his brother doing him so wrong. Pakhi for him is a stranger he is married to, but it hurts the most when your own people backstab you, and how! I’m sure if he was the one hearing it instead of sai he would’ve def not been able to take the pain.

I really hope they bring Samrat back. He needs to be back for Virat to realize his idiosyncratic behaviour.

Virat is always portrayed as the Zimmedar/Farz/Vaada boy. What we are sure of him is he will try his best to be morally right.
But the problem is he never got enough time to know Pankhi. People from distance always seem nice & unrequited love me alag hi Pagalpan hota hai

She is a highly obsessive person. She tries to understand the situation like how she asked the family to not blame Sai.

Pakhi has no respect for her own self. So, us expecting her to respect her marriage, let alone his, seems far-fetched!

It looks to me, that the only reason she asked Bhavani to accept the marriage was because she knew the reality of their marriage and thought that Virat's wedding would provide a cover to her and his relationship.

I think Pakhi read the Vaada entirely differently . She obviously thought they are going to stay as lovers after marriage. That's why she went through the marriage. I think Viraat should not have made such a promise at all. I mean I can not even completely blame Pakhi alone in this situation. Even I'd have read the promise exactly how she interpreted. I mean if Viraat is never going to have another girl in his life or heart then what? He'll become a celibate monk for life ??

I think they should've talked with much more lucidity and then if she thought she's not getting it fair, she should've just backed out from the marriage. Which would've been the best possible thing to do for all parties concerned really.

Even now instead of emotionally blackmailing Viraat ( which is going to be less effective with each passing day) she could've just left the house. In case of absentee husband with no consummation, marriage can be resolved. Even divorce is needless .

But Virat will probably never going to let her do that either. In his mind by stopping Pakhi from leaving , he's 'saving' their marriage.

Virat will say the same mantra.. you are in my heart and all.....Same thing happen also in tamil version....I don't want Virat's to know that Sai hear their late night conversation just like tamil version...I still wondering being so close to Samrat, Virat is still behaving like a love sick puppy...As I know about lndian culture dewer babhi relationship never cross it limit...No words about Pakhi... She is behaving like a dumped girlfriend.. not someone's wife...

@ Bold so true! Pakhi doesn't have a discernment and understanding of her own. Her mind is like a kite without it's string. No morale in life.

In a 2 day love you can only expect lust.... not trust, understanding and selflessness. Pakhi proves this! I think she expects EMA only from him. And virat too is stupid and besharam like her, to get her married to his brother whilst making promises of lasting-love and loyalty to his brother's wife and encouraging her to have EMA expectations. Kya ghatiyapanti hai yeh. Don't expect such stupidity from him. Can virat not see the besharmi of his actions in encouraging his bhabhi to not move on with his brother by claiming to her he will only love her and give her place to nobody else, because then why will she move on and forget him if he keeps saying shit like that to her as if she isn't his bhabhi but his lover. Samrat needs to come back and whoop virat's ass. And pakhi needs to mind her own damn business and get over and stop acting like virat's wife.

This episode I had some respect building up for Pakhi. The way she stood up for Sale despite her so called heartbreak was commendable and even Ashwini praised her for that. However, she always plays the ideal bahu infront of the family, and somehow everyone empathizes with her as her husband is missing. However, behind the mask is her true face where she is guilt tripping Virat for breaking the promise and can't let herself move on. Virat also has this prideful side to him where his promise is an ultimatum. Nothing can make him break his promise, even if the promise he made is illogical. Neither he is moving on nor letting Pakhi to move on. I feel pakhi reminds him of the promise so that she can pacify Virat to say what she wants to hear. As maybe the case for what we saw in the precap. the respect i had completely vanished when she asked about her importance on Virats life. On a lighter note, it will be funny if Virat friend zones her.
