This was in response to a very well written sarcastic post on Rubina in her devi avatar.
Sarcasm aside, what I find most offputting about Rubina is that she seems to be putting on an act 24/7!! She is still in her on-screen mode.
That really puts me off. And all that karwa chauth drama too!! Yuck!
And what exactly has been her contribution otherwise in tasks or otherwise?? Pretty much zilch isn't it?
In fact not only Rubina, I feel that most of them are in their on-screen avatars. That's why very little authenticity in this edition of BB.
Kavita is forever in her acting mode. Everything about her, demeanour, dialogue delivery, everything! YUCK!
Jasmine too and that too really bad yucky acting skills on top of it all.
Aly not always but yes during the baap ka naam nahin lena fit, totally acting mode on!
Nikki has her well-studied eager intern of BB mode on. So that makes her also look fake.
Abinav is on some other trip all together of the perfect misfit gentleman!
Only Eijaz and Rahul seem to be authentic to me whether you like them or not.
I love Eijaz and that's no secret but the problem is when overacting mode is on all around, those who are not acting come across as not doing anything much more so for Eijaz because he is visibly uncomfortable faced with such deliberate overacting and doesn't know how to retaliate and so used to start his shouting, his tapori language though not intending it to be abusive, etc. I guess the resorting to tapori language came naturally to him because he was being subjected to chawl like behaviour and to shouting and screaming though in civilized language 🤣 and Eijaz our chicha could only most naturally respond in chawl like tapori lingo since he is not crafty enough to use sabhya language to insult someone thoroughly! He has lately stopped doing that.
Honestly he is the only decent and authentic soul out there and I really hope audience with see through all the fakeness around and support him! And he genuinely respects the others except for Rahul and never initiates any faaltu fights.
