Bhavani and her Patralekha Obsession

Virat se zyada toh Bhavani seems to be in love with Patralekha. Seriously though, what's this obsession? In which way is Patralekha better than Sai, just because she's a Maratha girl? Does Bhavani know ANYTHING about Pakhi's education, thought process or other things? Just on the basis of accident of birth, she decided that Sai is worthless. Does she have any idea about Sai, the topper, the future doctor, how smart she is, etc?

She likes Pakhi because, Pakhi was her choice as the bahu of their khandan. Doesn't matter what Pakhi is like as she has been given seal of "Mast Mast" nothing else matters. Once you get the "Mast Mast" you are set for life in you are to live in Chavan mansion. So even if Pakhi does something stupid she will still be right in Bhavnikaku and Ninad's eyes .

Same reason as she does not like Karishmaa - The boys didn't take her opinion while marrying the girls. Her big fat ego got hurt. She thinks just because her name is Bhavani, she is Goddess Amba Bhavani and everyone HAS to take her name & blessings for everything.

She meant Sai's caste is different.

Yeah, maybe Ashwini isnt Maratha clan too.

Yeah, Ashwini I think because she's always taunting her for not being from a good family. Ashwini, Karishma and now Sai.

Sai is a Maharashtrian but not Maratha. Marathas are from the Kshatriya caste.

If Ashwini is not Maratha then Virat will also not be full Maratha right? Then what's the problem? He can marry anyone he likes.

I think all that gets 'Mast, mast' seal from Bhavani kaku will have the same fate that is turn out to be unworthy or useless. 😆Just like Pakhi, Samrat-Pakhi wedding etc.
