In all these dialogue from Thr episode the way he changes voice while taunting her I still think both are together and this is his way to talk with her in as Vansh he always tried to taunt her jasoosi and stressed on his hate for betrayers now also same thing reminding her of her cute betrayal and when biwi saw him comming into his vansh form reminded him by calling him Vihaan sach me bacchi ne boss ki life Interesting bna di...🤣
