We don't know to find out keep watching the show.

But don't worry she will be out of jail soon there are new bts of Kallu in AN.

These are just guesses but Anu might do something like she arranged that anticipatory bail last time, Malhar might get her out because his aim his to make her life hell which is not possible if she is in prison or even Kallu might prove herself innocent.

Kallu is FL and she can't stay in prison for too long she has to come out for the show to go on.
