You won't believe it but most of the times I talk to myself... I guess I am the best listener and adviser I can ever get...

Same here

I feel like I am not meant to be here

I just can't tell anyone I am not okay and that I need them because I am scared

Same here old friendships are the reasons

I can help others give then advice but I can never give myself that comfort

Hmn... it means you are giving too much importance to online friendships. You are there happy and chirpy before these relationships, right? Happy and eager to share your feelings and views with others and interacting with your near and dear ones too in that previous phase, isn't it? If someone distanced herself/ himself from you, it doesn't mean you are worthless, it means you are a tender-hearted and friendly person to many. Let them move away, it is their problem, or who knows... they may have their own points or problems to ponder! As far as you are true to yourself, nothing to feel deprived of!

I appreciate one point in your post, talking to yourself, yes.... very true we are there for ourselves, always, forever, let the entire world go to hell .... who cares, I have my own dreams, imaginations, thoughts and opinions regarding the surrounding world, people around me! Then a simple fact flashed in my mind, I am not a loser, I got myself back from all the perils! Please, accept the facts and be brave and bold enough to move forward, life is full of changes, who knows, do notice someone else is looking there for your guidance... then... then why don't you become a supportive friend to them? That defines your real worth... not in your so-called friends' negligence.

I don't want to hurt you both, but please, try to understand my point, see ... here I am eager to be befriended with you both ... are you not neglecting me by denying to listen to my words? 🤗😊Are you not distancing yourself from your friend in me? 😃 As simple as that. ❤️

It is again me dear--- When you learn to appreciate yourself it no longer matters so much whether or not anyone else appreciates you. Sure, gaining the approval and accolades of others is always nice. But when you appreciate yourself the approval of others is more like icing on the cake, rather than the cake itself.

Knowing your worth is key to enjoying life. Keep aside the word enjoying, let us make it to be peaceful in life for the time being.

Alex, I can understand your point of view and respect it. 🤗

It is very common for most of us to seek approval from others and to live in an unconscious competition with every other person within range to get attention and appreciation from other members. That's why we ask for 'likes ' and comments for our write ups😊

Once you recognize this phenomenon and decide to supply yourself generously with appreciation and accolades you automatically coat yourself with an almost bullet-proof shield that allows you to live a satisfying and peaceful life. Self-deprecation and self-criticism are running rampant in our modern world. We often take ourselves for granted. Critics are everywhere, around us. Most of us automatically believe the negative things others say about us Alex rather than the positive attributes.

Consequently, we unconsciously internalize criticism and beat ourselves down with our own thoughts until our self-esteem is almost non-existent! means we are doing harm to ourselves more than the others do to us!!! The only way to reverse this process is to train yourself to appreciate yourself on a regular basis. This means learning to acknowledge and encourage yourself with empowering self-talk.

Please Alex and BH, confront the disappointed parts of yourself and work to banish them with illumination and forgiveness. Your willingness to wrestle with your dismay will cause your angels to sing for you, please trust me. ❤️

Don't Madhuri

Wounds are too deep to go away so easily

If asking for friend's attention is necessary then I can never do that

My self esteem hit low way before anything

And these demons broke so many friendships

Now it's just me and my solitude

it's so wierd na... I mean I end up reflecting alot on what people say about me... Or even there gestures that are towards my direction.

People say you shouldn't really mind others or what others think of you... But hey... That's just impossible for me💔

But I guess if you ever want to talk about anything that's bothering... Talk to your friends.. real friends who you are sure ont judge you...

My shit is tOo shitty to be discussed... But if you want to share something do remember me😊

Trust me Mads... I have given similar advice to my friends... It's too easy to put your self in someone else's place and do that... I have the experience... But when something alike happen tO the one, us...its Like beyond the line of rational thinking.

I am happy and chirpy... But somewhere in the heart... There is a little corner which breaks everytime I reflect on my past. I can't share anything about my past... Because it's my history... There is no use as it's long gone... but I can't cut it out... There are many happy memories and related to it and then there are some sad ones too.. can you imagine I have sad memory of my one particular birthday...? Yeah..

Sometimes sadness and happiness are associated... At one time same memory might give one happiness and the other time it might inspire a sad emotion... Even a cathartic impulse...

I believe that sadness and happiness are both satisfying... I don't really like to talk about it though...

Thanks for the advice😊

PS. You are my friend... 🤗
