My hair is so frizzy and dry these days, I can't go out without a blow dry or straightening it.

Double cleansing. First with a oil cleanser/cleansing balm, then with regular one. Oil cleansers are the best to remove the makeup n are so good for your skin. You dont even need separate eye makeup remover. I dont know where you live.. best are Korean ones. And all skin types can use oil/balm cleanser.
