I think Rahul was safe from nominations this week so he didn't care about captaincy.

Although I didn't like him sacrificing his place but Rahul ko vaisa bhi nahi banna tha. Kuch der bad jata to tab kyun nahi ?

So far I don't see AG influencing rahul. Rahul gave it up to avoid further jhagdas. Use vaisahi AG ko captain banana tha.

Offcourse he did not let Ali make Abhi captain proved he was not influenced
