Does Monil & Ponky even deserve any pity? - Page 4

Monil deserves death, but I don't think ponky does.... If all boys and men who think about women in a demeaning manner is to be killed, then there won't be a single man alive here... There's something called realizing ones mistake and repenting... Ponky isn't a rapist, at least not shown or hinted at... Maybe he still has a chance to redeem himself... If ponky was evil and twisted he would have killed mayuri himself ( who is a mere human according to him, who tried to kill him) , but instead he was terrified of her and tried to get away from her... That shows he is not outright evil

I think Ponky was involved in making the plan of Noor's rape. That the reason, I consider him to be a criminal like Monil. As far as Mauyri is concerned, Ponky's behaviour was extremely strange! He became so afraid of her even though she was an ordinary human in his eyes. 😆 Ponky didn't even know Mauyri's real identity! I would say Ponky's characterisation is poor. He never behaved like a powerful supernatural creature.

That's the problem isn't it? Gross inconsistency and poor characterisation for almost all characters

Ponky's confidence there was in the fact that he was with his brother and they were around him back then but when it was near mayuri, he was alone. They thought they were a couple and hence let them go and be alone. That is exactly when Jay attacked him, when he was alone. No one to back him up in case she comes off. Also, in Noor's case she was already scared but Mayuri comes off as a woman who would give Ponky one kick. Also, Mayuri was always close by to Veer so anything wrong to Mayuri and Veer would get their bones straight. Mayuri always played the right cards. She was Veer's friend and that confidence was quite there. Veer wasn't particular much bothered about Noor. Of course he felt bad when he found that Noor died but he didn't particularly care specifically for Noor. He felt remorse that she died but didn't feel like she was anything close to him.

Ponky is always a little coward when he's left alone to fend for himself. When Mayuri goes back to Ponky after he wakes up, he get scared thinking she'll be able to do something to him because he's alone with her and tries to run off to his family.

That is my opinion. So, I don't know.

Yes, Ponky was alone with Mayuri in a room at that time. Still I thought it was very strange for a shape-shifting eagle like him to feel afraid of an ordinary human. He thought Mayuri was a human. He could've transformed into an eagle or a half-eagle (human form with wings) and confronted her.

Tapish being the elder one is setting a bad example for the other young ones being a puppet of his father and Shukla crimes. Tapish doesn't look nor behave like an elder brother, Veer looks like the elder brother here instead because he calls all of them out on their wrong doing and was quick to slap Daksh when he harassed Meera. How is Veer even going to react when he finds out what his family been doing behind his back? Papa Cheel killed alot of innocent people in that plane crash all to kill young Adi Naagin but what would he do when he finds out Veer is the one who saved Adi Naagin? I guess mayuri ka case ulta , I don't think she was closed to veer as she keeps throwing herself on veer which leaves him definitely irritated , mayuri wanted to marry veer which ballu accused her , when veer knew about ponky mayuri affair he was amused & warned mayuri regarding ponky , in short he warned her not to play with ponky , so he is aware of what king of person mayuri was & was quite happy when mayuri left ponky.

Ponky I guess is youngest amoung cheel brothers , so he is used to be in protected environment of his family .

Like u said cheel power is in unity , ponky is was scared to attack jay alone.

True! Ofc, Veer committed a crime too! But, they had potrayed Veer anyways a kamina whom bani hates, that's why I didn't mention that from his POV!

In Veer's defence, I can only say that he did warn his friend before hand that Noor doesn't love him, and she only wants money. I guess he had made his stance very clear. Sleeping with Veer was Noor's choice, and Veer obviously didn't have any problem as such because he knew that Noor isn't much keen on marrying his friend - whatever Veer & Noor did was accepted by both of them. I also know that prior to meeting Bani, Veer had indulged in physical intimacy with many other girls, including Mayuri as well. But he has always been honest about his activities, so that kind of redeems him.

Yeah, I agree! That's the beauty of this character! He is what he is! He has never changed! He wears his heart on his sleeves! He went with the flow, all his life! Before he met bani he never felt any connection with any girl so he never bothered to be emotionally involved with anyone. As soon as bani entered his life, she grabbed all his attention and he never felt to be involved with any other girl, as he was and still is extremely consumed with bani! I don't think the show even intended to portray how a straightforward girl like bani made a womanizer Veer into a one woman man! Coz she didn't! He himself changed which she still doesn't have any clue about!

Also, I don't feel Veer being in many physical relationships is a crime that he should be redeemed! Don't get me wrong, but people have flings in their lives! Veer had flings with girls like mayuri, who were anyways not interested in settling down with Veer!😆

So, it was 2 way! Ladkiyan bhi usse waise hi milti thi maybe!😆 So it was a fair game for him na! Am actually happy, the show didn't show Veer as the cliche male protagonist who gets drunk every night and goes to different women before bani came in his life, just to glorify how bani changed him!
