Rahul was already feeling guilty

and Preesha said those things to increase her mind activity

and Neeraja was really going to give her that pendrive, it was tiny hope for Pree

even Ru heard that

so Rahul ko farak nahi padta even if he got to know Neeraja was helping Preesha

he was anyway going to tell truth
