As for your question. It was said in an episode that AS is letting Kaka stay at AN due to Kalyani. If she had let Anu leave with Kaka, Kalyani would have also left with Anu. And AS is getting a lot of business profits by saying that the DM is her granddaughter. So to keep Kalyani, she is forced to keep Anu and due to Anu, she has to left Kaka stay in AN. Kaka is doing his manmani because he knows AS cannot kick him out and he is also affluent and powerful now, so he is able to do what he likes in AN.

Shooting truth or I think maybe even the Moksh revelation will happen that day. I feel like Avni is flying high and she will especially be over confident that day that she is the most important as she is carrying the only chirag of the Rane family, but if Moksh revelation happens that day than she will lose her importance and it will ruin her special day. Day will once again become about KalMaSh, not her or her child.

Last scene appu was trying to get that chain with lockets which went below the table as Malhar accidently struck it with legs while walking out

There r some issues because of harmones.specially in case of sport person due to some medication or treatment male harmones level got increased n shows minor chages in the body but it can be normalised after medication..same with children due to some medical treatment this kind of chages happened but it can be fixable through proper medication.N moksh has medical issue since birth jondice,then stomach infection n then blood related problem as his dilivery also not got at proper environment. So there are so many reasons for this condition.

Or moksh know about that he is boy but due to his Amma pressure he hide his identity as a boy. Shayad use security ka koi reason diya hoga ya dhamkaya hoga.
