Big Boss said that the person on the vehicle loses their control of the bag and the control of the goes to the red zone members. That makes them "disqualified" to keep hold of and save the bag any more. And that's exactly what happened with Kavita. She got off the bicycle, so her bag was handed over to Jaan.

Whether the red zone members decide to put that bag inside not part of the rule. That is the choice of the red zone members. Even Eijaz's bag was taken but was kept out side the red zone.

The "disqualification" only pertained to losing the bag and not a compulsion to put the bag inside.

There was no rule broken. That is why BB intentionally showed them cribbing about it They would now use it at the weekend making them look bad and explaining to them why they were wrong.

I have never seen BB interrupt a snachalak before either, they were shamelessly being biased. And they also knew that naina would choose Abhinav as a winner so they never even gave her a chance to pick him.
