But Deepika is more versatile, and looks much better in a variety of outfits and get ups too...

Deepika also comes off as a better person off screen imo 🤷🏽‍♀️

In Padmavat Deepika was miscast (as she’s the only conventionally really beautiful actress who can also act among the top heroines). She is actually best in spunky, relatable type contemporary roles... not an overly restrained, somewhat mysterious role like Padmavati...

And waise bhi the film was called Padmavat but it was mostly about Khilji, (even opening scene was in Afghanistan 🙃), Deepika didn’t even have that much to do 🙃🙃...

And whoever did her makeup there must hate her as they somehow managed to make Deepika look plain with that weird unibrow and dull makeup... imagine they made Aditi look prettier 😶😶

Exactly and just saying I could not see Kajol playing Mastani or Padmavati brilliantly either, so she is hardly Miles ahead of Deepika or anything

Kajol has nostalgia factor going for her. Most ppl voting were kids when they watched her films (in her prime).

Deepika is a better actor, although she herself is limited in many ways. However, she is certainly more versatile and fun to watch onscreen.

Kajol is good with specific traits only.

I can never imagine Kajol pulling off a Piku, I'd like to believe that DP can be her character from Gupt given her work in Cocktail.
