Of course it is of benefit for ahaha to try to make most of it esp while Rudra is pissed with her still....easier for her to exit pree n saransh (or so she thinks)....but she will need to Belao a lot of papad to get that info....unless Yuvraj comes into picture again and informs pree of what ahana was investing and that she was asking about Mahima and ahana overheard it

Though I am not sure what she will gain by saying it is her sisters son instead who is dead. That is not going to cause much of dent...except if she blackmails pree of tell saransh this truth unless she leaves Rudra taking Sarnash away and leaves k house and Rudra for good. But Sarnash being away from Rudra would hurt sar too...so then she might tell ru about this....forced to tell him this ..not by choice. And she needs to tell him things now by choice not compulsion
