I haven't watched Vampire Diaries but I do have read Wuthering heights. There is absolutely no connection between any of the lead male characters and Heathcliff here. Heathcliff deeply and obsessively loved Catherine. Here neither of the two loves Ridhhima and even it's not at all applicable to VR-Ragini(I hope I am correct here) . And few are also connecting Heathcliff with Ridhhima🤦‍♀️......there is not even a tinge of Wuthering heights here.
