All these years I was being taught to follow your heart, but the truth is follow your brain. Just like science there is a study, study your brain, study your problems, only YOU have the solutions of your problem. You can have 100 sessions with your counselor but it is YOU who will make decisions what to have or what to avoid.
I was not taught about depression, anxiety or stress. People called me sensitive and told me to follow the system. I refused to believe that I am sensitive, all I wanted was to be understood, to be accepted and appreciated. Today I want to change the system, break the rules that is teaching the wrong principle of happiness. Humans are being treated like Robots. Which is causing damage to our nervous system. We should be spending more time in the nature, buy a plant keep it indoor or outdoor and see it grow. Or have a pet and see how much they will ask for your attention.
