Such a positive thread ❤️


Past few months I'm suffering from mild anxiety (due to covid n all) and online school has been so though lol.


Transition from physical to totally online classes , has been so sudden and exhausting I'm telling ya.


And now I have imp exams coming soon but I don't even motivation to study.


But this thread is so positive.

Gives me hope to complete my daily goals diligently.

You are so bless to realize you have mild anxiety. I found about my mild depression much later in my life. I will share some tips about medication you can do. Junk food are a big no no for my motivation. In 2019 i avoided eating processed food, my motivation and cognitive think increased in a high pace.

I am strictly eating home made food post lockdown. Haven't had pizza or burger since March which is a big feat cause earlier I used to consume Fast food every other day 😆


It has been positive change.


How much ever I tried I was not able to let go of my unhealthy diet since past few years but positive changes I have noticed after initial weeks of lockdown , I have significantly cut down on consumption of unhealthy food


June-Sept was a tough time but I guess now I will try and have positive mindset

You are doing so well. I have gained so much weight and my sleeping habit has been off. I have been eating burgers, pizzas and rice 😆 i will be cutting off rice starting this weekend.

Making a habit to spend at least spend 30 minutes in nature. There has been negative people in my life so trying to exclude them and share my love where it can help others. But yes healthy food makes a huge different not just in healing but in your thinking as well.

I feel I have 'wasted' my time since may till now . Rn I'm feeling a bit motivated to atleast do something fulfilling and stop procrastinating.


I wish I could spend time in nature 😆,my current circumstances doesn't give much liberty to do so but I do try to practice meditation on some days .


People , what can I say


Few relationships have turned very sour in these tough times , when you expect people to support you, they ditch you the worst way possible 🙄😑.


I have decided to not waste my energy on such people anymore. Its mentally exhausting

I learned a big lesson about people. If you catch one small lie, just walk away. Sometimes i have indoor plants that reminds me of nature. I try to change my room decor or have colors that change my mood. It helps. But then you have to make a decision what things to avoid and what to keep.

All these years I was being taught to follow your heart, but the truth is follow your brain. Just like science there is a study, study your brain, study your problems, only YOU have the solutions of your problem. You can have 100 sessions with your counselor but it is YOU who will make decisions what to have or what to avoid.


I was not taught about depression, anxiety or stress. People called me sensitive and told me to follow the system. I refused to believe that I am sensitive, all I wanted was to be understood, to be accepted and appreciated. Today I want to change the system, break the rules that is teaching the wrong principle of happiness. Humans are being treated like Robots. Which is causing damage to our nervous system. We should be spending more time in the nature, buy a plant keep it indoor or outdoor and see it grow. Or have a pet and see how much they will ask for your attention.
