I ain't saying that she hides it from him. She should just let Ragini's matter go and not look into it further. Instead, she should tell him about Kabir and also confess her feelings for him. He may doubt the truthfulness of her feelings but I don't think he would let her go. This would be better than following him around and getting caught.

Rather than bringing in ragini it’s better if she talks about her truth and about so at least that matter is sorted out then
