Supreme Court asks petitioner seeking CBI inquiry into Disha Salian’s death to approach Bombay HC

I am feeling very depressed...what should I do? Give me some tips or articles to read please.

Didnt Supreme Court pass order earlier that ant linked deaths to sushanth should be done by CBI?

Yes in relation to Sushant’s death he death can also be investigated that has already been ruled. They also said ANY death. There might have been a friend of his that died too. I guess some people feel Disha also deserves her own inquiry. Only investigating her death in relation to Sushant’s death won’t get her justice.

Ok if this is for Dishas good then that’s good news. Just worried if High court is in Mumbai police hands to manipulate. Anyway Cbi can be manipulated too.

Honestly I don't have much hopes with the petitioner that filed this case. A petitioner got SSR's CBI inquiry case rejected by the Supreme Court too. Dr. Swamy said let him handle it as he has the most experience in get PILs through effectively. These petitioners are just looking for experience .You need a good attorney in the Supreme Court to open up a CBI inquiry for someone's death.
