Isa it’s not a problem but after driving for so long ...I need movement bc ur constantly staring in the front n predominantly the front mirror ...except for side mirrors less when u transition from road to road or from the express lanes ...I can still drive for long hours but when after driving my vision gets weird for few seconds ..
Yeah... sometimes...cars headlights from the opposite directions...are another irritation to your eyes...that's good that you take breaks...that helps......
