Yes, it does....some places mainly due to local universities........people are not following the regulations.......so good to continue with some enforcement........

yeah...u heard about the wholr tristate restrictions though too?...43 states...idk but id personally prefer border restrictions and only allow ppl to enter the tristate for work purposes..maybe too extreme but we have external influence but internal influence too..

I agree...there should be some strict restrictions in place...people tend to behave like idi....NYC has been pretty good after their earlier disaster.....but CT doesn't look learned anything...they have phase 3 operations in the...red zones as well....
