Yes in this case the body was not cremated btw. It not taken to cooper hospital when there was another nearby. But they took it to a hospital famous for messing up autopsy reports for bollywood death. The crime sight wasn't left open for anyone to come in.

The NCB had chats proving both Rhea and Shovik were part of a syndicate. Where did you post the ruling ? I didn’t see it? Not mention the high court reject Shovik’s bail . God know how many other courts rejected Rhea’s.

please read my posts carefully---I said NCB could never prove that Rhea administered drugs to Sushant against his will. They are holding Rhea for 'drug syndicate' (which court rejected btw), but they were unable to establish that it was in any way related to Sushant's death. If you cannot comprehend this, then I cannot help you.
But I hope, sincerely so, that you'll see sense like the rest of us and come around from being a blind bhakt of the lies peddled by Republic.

This is still one ruling against how many denied about her bail plea. That the NCB is challenging the Supreme Court.
The article still says this:

Point being it had for more to do then CBD oil!
