That is the claim of Rhea and her lawyer. Once again that is not something that had been proven in court yet. Yes, I am sure everyone in the family will soon have an FIR against them.

Dr. Sudhir Gupta is now scheduled for a hearing in parliament. As he did not even go and visit Mumbai before he made his conclusion. There was a recording of his saying that the other report was nonsense due so many lapses and loopholes in it. Thus why did he contradict it?

Again when the court reaches a verdict than I will be interested in hearing the verdict. Them simply calling them out or questioning them is not a truth set in stone. I have been following this case far more closely than you have. So saying i have no information on this case is once again an empty assertion not a provable fact.

Tell me what motive what they have had to lie? The fact that he had an assurance policy was false/ Who are you to exonerate Rhea early ? If Republic has no right to convict her early on? Name me one case in India that got solved right way? Even Nirbhaya took 7 years? Was the media running a smear campaign until than against the rapist?

Nirbhaya case took 7 years for rape to be proved? Do you even know what you're saying?

Bold: Er, running a campaign BEFORE the verdict is out amounts to 'smear campaign'. That's what the Bombay HC accused Republic of. You have pronounced her guilty even before the verdict is out, but when anybody defends her, you talk about "Ohh no CBI no official statement". Isn't it contradictory? Do you realize?

Please, do some thinking before you post anything.

Tell me if they found nothing than why isn't Rhea exonerated?

Yes in this case the body was not cremated btw. It not taken to cooper hospital when there was another nearby. But they took it to a hospital famous for messing up autopsy reports for bollywood death. The crime sight wasn't left open for anyone to come in.

No! What these jobless people did was say how did Mumbai police reach a verdict within the first day? Why did they break criminal code by not filing an FIR? Why were they in such a rush to close the case by July? Why did they not seal the crime sight?
