Why is Arnav telling khushi abt his family’s secrets n forcing her to listen her heart n take decision accordingly I think he wants revenge from his uncle but Naksh is a good man n both of them share a good relationship than why.

Arnav knew Khushi has been crying. Naksh did not notice that. Arnav is intent on saving her from her situation. is he doing it out of concern, payback to his uncle, or something he may not even understand.

In kushi’s house on the one hand all the functions prior to the marriage are taking place but kushi is still tense regarding her marriage to Naksh because she still is not clear about Naksh’s views on her pursuing singing on Radio.

There her parents not only her father but mother also speaks the same language as the father she tried to dissuade kushi from being obstinate and told her how she also loved singing but never did think of singing on radio like her. She told her home family and husband should be her priority and not pursuing her hobby of singing.

The only person who can save her is Arnav whom she is going to meet and take advice , but at this stage one can’t understand why Arnav is showing such keen interest in helping kushi has he fallen for her only time will tell .

Just catching up, and its a fascinating story so far... Interesting family dynamics on Arnav's side of the family, with a hint of mystery around 'that night'. Khushi's plight is not new, mature enough to marry off and have babies, but not mature enough to take decisions or know what's good for her. Her parents love her but don't understand her. I like your smart, tedhi Payal :) I can't wait to see where your cast of characters takes us...

The banner is sooo gorgeous! I just love how the color, faces, setting - everything blends in. Why didn't you add in the name of the FF and your name as well?

Coming to the prologue, it's quite intriguing. Since I've joined in late, thankfully the next chapters are already posted, so I don't have to break my head over what's going on and who's the man. 😆

Okay so I rejoiced too soon 😆.

The prologue is in future so our story still has time to reach there. Well, I'll just wait for things to progress. As of now the husband seems Naksh and the other man Arnav.

At first I thought Naksh is marrying some other girl and was wondering how many melodious voices are there in the story. Then it struck me that Khushi is the one here as well 🤦🏻‍♀️ Yeah, you can call me slow, I won't mind 🐢 🤣.

But Naksh has no idea what's really going on, right? Arnav thinks that bride and groom don't know about the complex going ons behind the scene but why do I have a feeling that Khushi is aware. From the prologue, it doesn't seem she wanted this marriage. Why is she being forced into it then? Naksh thinks they're are getting the better end of the deal so it can't be for the merger right? Is Shashi after something else then?

About merger as dowry.... well, Naksh was the only seemingly innocent character till now but his inability to go against his father didn't strike me well. And how is Arnav so chilled out about the dowry demand - maybe he knows that the actual deal is something else and more in favor of Shashi?

Coming to beginning scene, these lines -

"It was his thrill to chase, the forbidden temptation, the obsession that followed the first stroke of desire until he held it in his hands at last."

They gave off a very different meaning (if you know what I mean 🤣 🤣)

Jokes apart, the man who's not going to live long is his uncle right? Unkess Naksh is his cousin from the maternal side. In that case, who was that person and what are the dealing with?

Anjali is.... lost I guess?

Chapter 2 :

We are still in the past but Khushi doesn't seem to mind the marriage much. I guess her conditions / requests weren't met with which is why she was unhappy in the prologue. She talked about her dreams in the prologue and here as well, what are they? Something for her future / career? Is it singing or something related to the halwa - cooking / baking?

Naksh isn't a bad man but going by chp - 1, he doesn't have much say in these matters so Khushi's attempts are going to fail.

It's interesting to see that Payal is more adventurous while Khushi is afraid to take risks. But Khushi was uncaring and unafraid in the prologue so maybe be when times get desperate, she will stand up for herself too 😃.

The mention of visiting Lucknow is interesting. Where are they currently?

And what was the occasion going on? Khushi was wearing Lehenga and Payal is here with her family so it must be for some function right? Something to do with the marriage? If it was Roka, Naksh would've already been here.

Payal and Khushi being married off at 18, giving dowry without any questions or complaints - I know these things still happen but I find them difficult to read nonetheless. And knowing that Shashi is a successful businessman and owner of a company, one would expect better in his household. Seems like education or success makes no difference to some people's mindsets 🤔.

Chapter 3 :

Woah! The first "official" meet for Arshi but didn't have much. The second one soon after was worse. Why was Arnav being so harsh with his words? Is he like that in general or was he specifically being ride to Khushi? Maybe to make her act and not sit quietly after knowing everything?

And did he tell her everything truthfully? Is Khushi's Master ji really the one who supplied all this info? If not, then what reason did Arnav have for getting details about Khushi and her dreams? Also, where could he have learnt about this from? I don't think Khushi goes around telling everyone about her dreams. She was yet to discuss it with her parents too so barely a few people must be aware.

Was it Payal who unknowingly gave out the details? She is one of those who are close to Khushi so she must be aware... right? Also, Payal already has a kid 😲 She's barely 20/21 na..

Arnav is drawn to her humming but is there more? And is Anjali truly dead? Lots of questions - you have managed to keep up the suspense so well 😃.

Chapter 4 :

Before I come to your chapter, let me say that your note cracked me up 🤣 Your teenage boys are so humorous, I would like to hear more such comments from them.

"Hello guys! If you're reading this, let me tell you your mum is a wonderful writer, so let her write in peace. But add your thoughts afterwards because I would love to read this commentary 🤣"

About the chapter, so 1 week more is gone.

Anish is 🤢. I've no more words to say about him. Since his only concern is keeping Khushi "busy" when Naksh won't be at home, why does he care whether she does it through her hobbies or something else? He clearly doesn't care if she decorates the house or has babies - it's all the same to him. So why not let her continue her lessons?

And it's clear now that he is Arnav's paternal uncle. In that case, is Arnav planning to kill him!?! 😲 Or is he having some terminal disease already?

Arnav was right in denouncing the family name to stay away from this man. But I'm afraid of what Naksh will do. He seems a great friend to Arnav but his lack of spine is getting to me, he just can't say anything against his father. If and when the need arises, will he take Arnav's side? Or for that matter Khushi's?

And going by the prologue, what if Khushi and Arnav betray him? Will he try to understand them and the situation?

Also, why did they betray him? Although spineless, Naksh doesn't really deserve this kind of betrayal from his own bride and brother... unless he has done something / will do something else too. But sometimes, people just get caught in the crossfire and pay for the sins of others.

I'm starting to question Arnav's motives as well, does he really have a friendship with Naksh? Or is it all a part of a grand revenge plan? 🤔

Chapter 5 :

Things suddenly picked up pace between Arshi. They're having a civil conversation and even had their own little Haldi celebration 😉. Khushi thinks he is handsome and is affected by his touch. Arnav's actions suggest he is interested in her as well.

But Arnav's seems to know everything too well, as if it's a well-oiled plan of his that's just working as it's supposed to. Earlier, he had been aware that Payal was making an excuse and readily took Naksh's place to ho in the room. He didn't even try looking for the box because he knew for sure that it was a fake request from Payal's side. How did he know that? Even now, he seems to be well aware of what Khushi wants to talk about.

I agree to Khushi, he informed her because he wanted her to do something about it. I guess break the marriage / run away with him? If so, why does he want that? For Khushi herself or for revenge from Anish? And what about Naksh getting hurt in the process?

Although Arnav hasn't really done anything questionable yet, he makes me a lot suspicious. I hope Khushi won't regret whatever step she takes 😒. At least Payal is going to be with her in the plan so that makes me rest easy. But wonder if even Payal is aware about what Khushi is doing in the Prologue...

And the banner shows sand dunes and a Mahal. So is this based somewhere in Rajasthan? The banner is such a beauty, I'm still stuck over it to be honest 😆. Did you make it yourself?

Anyway, this was the last chapter posted currently, so I'll wait for the next ones to be posted... hopefully soon.😳
