I just watched the episode. Spoiler free but I feel like they way she said that KalMa have to yearn for Moksh, I suspect, this has to with the fact that the Deshmukhs and Malhar sent Sampu to jail. If we recall, that the end of the IVF track, AS asked Malhar to send Sampu to jail as they were finally fed with her.
At that time, we did not get to see Aparna's reaction as she was not living in Aurangabad anymore. After the Vaaman terrorist track, she no longer wanted to live in Aurangabad where people recognized her so she moved elsewhere. She only back briefly to drop Sampu off at AN, and she exposed Mamta. After that, it can be assumed she left again.
So we never got to see her reaction to Sampada going to jail.
yeah AS wanted mallu to send her to jail. yeah once they did want to send her to jail when she kidnapped pillu because they thought she can be a threat to him.
but the thing is even though sampu did much wrong stuff and unfair things always she was not sent to jail because kallu says ki she doesn't want to see moksh's biological mother behind the bars.
and also i think atharv and rachit were the only witnesses that can make sampu go to jail, that is why once kalma had to do the drama of atharv wanting to tell every illegal thing they did together to media so that sampu comes out and they can catch her easily. but rachit is dead and atharv is in coma, so sampu going to jail is something that i highly doubt on.
even if they sent her to jail with some form of evidence i don't it would be enough to keep her in jail this long.
because her sins are comparatively small with that of ahir, if ahir can get out of jail in just 3-4 years have an affair with avni and make her pregnant then sampu's jail sentence would be even less than that.
i have a feeling ki maybe she committed suicide cuz she didn't have anywhere else to go as deshmuks and malhar kicked her out so aparna is now seeking revenge from kalma, cuz with this her this much of hatred for kalma can be justified, just an opinion, i donno what exactly happened to sampu, maybe they kept her character in the hold to bring a huge twist.

Sampu isn't the type to commit suicide. She would just try to trap another rich man again lol. I feel that she is in jail, as she was not seen after that IVF track, so we can safely assume that she was sent to jail. If she committed suicide, that would have been a talking point.
Sampu is an important character so I feel CVS will leave her character open ended as she can always come back an cause some drama in KalMa's lives. Even though Rachit and Atharva cannot be witnesses, there is still plenty of evidence of her crimes, so Malhar can send her to jail fairly easily, especially since she has no money either, so its not like she can hire a good lawyer for herself. I suspect that she might make an entry at some point after Moksh's true identity is revealed.
Ahir, I think he may have escaped jail during a transfer or something. He worked with terrorists and Naxalites, there is no way his sentence was this short. In that case, Mamta and Asawari should have been released from jail as well. My best guess is that he escaped and when he was on the run, he tricked this Avni and got her pregnant, and was caught and sent back to jail.
Aparna has already disliked the Deshmukhs as she felt that AS choose her own izzat and ego over her and Sampu. AS did the same thing again, and asked for Sampu to be arrested to save her family's reputation, so this may have been the breaking point for Aparna.

Yes AS did but now Kalyani has somewhat realised not to take everything that AS says at face value. She relieved Anupriya from her Apshaguni title.
So it would be good if she probed a bit more..
