Yeah...not expecting it to be next week as first they have to show Preesha's realisation that she does indeed love Rudra.

But I'm talking a bit longer term.... will she like get fed up of his taunts/anger/hatred & lose hope?

I think she is going to start losing hope and even start losing faith in him up to certain extent.
