Chapter 18

Yug who was passing through the garden area saw Ridhima and thought to speak with her. However, when he went near, he shocked to see Vansh with her. He knows Vansh is her husband while it is not right time to intervene, but he understood they are having an argument and as a friend, he doesn't want Ridhima to get hurt and goes to cut the conversation.

Yug: Hi Ridhi, Good Morning!

Vansh is happy to be intervened because he doesn't need to answer for the question Ridhima has asked. But seeing Yug Rane standing before him, don't know why he felt so possessive about Ridhima that he stood before her and extend his hand.

Vansh: Myself Vansh Rai Singhania!

Yug understood Vansh is jealous of seeing him with Ridhi. However, this is something he needs to get habituated because Ridhi is his best friend and in future no matter what he is not going to leave her alone.

Yug: smiles. Good Morning Mr Rai Sighania. How do you do?

Vansh: You know me?

Yug: You just introduced yourself?

Vansh: No questions or doubts about my presence near your friend?

Yug: Not a friend. Best Friend. I understand you are not yet used to it. But you will.

Vansh once again infix. He knows what kind of person Yug Rane is. Yes, he has seen his soft corner for Ridhima but, in reality, he is a sniper. The business world calls him a sniper or a marksman. Vansh was angry the way he is humiliating him. But he cannot say anything now. The way he called him King of the sea, that says he knows what he does, other than his legal business.

Yug smirks seeing Vansh being dilemma.

Yug (mind): I know Vansh what you are and what you do. Howbeit, Ridhi trusts you. Until you have Ridhima with you, you are off-limits. But the day you hurt her, no one can't save you from me - The sniper.

Yug: Vansh, are you here?

Vansh: I'm. I will be here with her always.

Yug: Good to know someone cares for her, just like me.

Vansh: More than you.

Ridhima can see the fire between these two and intervenes in the middle.

Ridhima: Okay, guys! The atmosphere is becoming too hot here. Shall we please go and have breakfast.

Vansh was startled by her accusations of his family hurting her. However, the way she was expressing it felt so true! Her emotions are true. The way she is describing his family is true. Yes, they are different. She is right, they all live in a house - a very big house. However, they failed to convert the house into a home.

Vansh: You could have shared with me Ridhima. I would have helped you.

Ridhima: Smiles. Vansh, after three months today we as a couple speaking about this relation. Before this, we always used to doubt each other. I go behind you to know the truth of Ragini and whereas you want to know more about me.

Vansh: Ridhima, with me, there is no such things as a perfect life. As you live, you will face unexpected things. Accidents will happen, you or I will make some irrevisable mistakes. However, every time we fall and get hurt in life, we find ourselves changing for the better by learning about others' and their pain, betrayals or by maturing a little more due to the situation.

Ridhima: When it's fate, there are no coincidences. Your fate is determined by the choices you make, but there are times when your fate chooses you. Fate has somehow chosen me for Vansh. Or you were chosen for me.

Vansh: Ridhima, every day, the sun rises and sets. The same goes for life. There are bright and dark days. Some people have the sun shining on them all the time. However, some live in darkness all their lives like me.

I would only say, always face the truth. They expect you to lie, but if you confess, they just don't know what to say. I'm not lying to you or ever lied to you. I just hid the truth because I don't know whether I can trust you or not?

But Ridhima, you are lying to me. You someday will betray me.

Yet knowing it, I'm here with you because I don't know have evidence and also my heart saying there is more to the story.

Ridhima: Yesterday, maa was saying I'm a brave girl. So considering her words, I give you my word, Vansh Rai Singhania that, "Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone takes responsibility. Only the brave can do that". So the day arrives when you know or you when feel I betrayed you, that day I will take the responsibility. I promise.

Vansh doesn't know what more to say. Today after ages he spoke with someone in such a peaceful manner. He opened another layer of his to Ridhima. He is worried. His heart is saying open more layers because she deserves to know whereas his mind saying, don't. He doesn't know what truth holds, in what way he will react when he learns what she is!

Vansh: Just remember Ridhima, you said you don't want to live with a murderer. But the day I know about the true-self of you, you will be killing a part of me and that makes you a murderer.
