ya at this point she should reveal the entire truth to him starting from her entry into his life to marrying him she did on instructions of Kabir and after knowing the entire truth it is sure that Vansh will eventually be angry on her and may take the decision of divorce but with passing time may realize his genuine feelings for her and then learning about her life being in danger and kabir using her he will try to woo her from kabir and maybe there will be fight for between him and kabir .

note: ridhima trusts Vansh but had not realized her feelings for him she thinks him a friend. Ridhima no more feels for kabir but she thinks she loves him and also trusts him maybe more than vansh at times.
