I still don't think misunderstandings will be cleared so easily. No conflict, no story and in supernatural series, both internal and external conflicts play a very important role. Like in Stelena, Stefan had to find a way to keep his ripper Avatar in control and in Delena, there was a factor of betraying his brother, turning Caroline and many more things. I don't see such conflict in Vani if they both sort out their issues so easily. Snakes are food of hawks yet Veer doesn't feel such a dangerous pull towards Bani to kill her which is strange.
Veer coming to know before his memories that Bani is an Adi Naagin, and still not caring much about it, would have been ideal. It would go with his character arc that he is willing to break his own mental and childhood conditioning for the woman he loves. He is a rebel. He has it in him. But I think that theory is out the window, with this Kaalganak coming into play, and the time is here for Veer to recall Aakesh.
Veer and Bani have a long way to come around and trust and love each other. Bani doesn't trust Veer and Veer is obsessed with Bani, but you need more than obsession to hold on to a marriage. All that is lacking here. Does Veer have it in himself to overcome his hate for Nagas in his love for Bani? Does he have it in himself to walk towards the light? Does Bani have it in herself to trust a Cheel again, or as a matter of fact anyone again? Are they capable of keeping aside their conditioning to come together to fight people who are out to get them? Do they have it in them to fight the world together? More than misunderstanding, they need to sort out their own complexities to actually come together. Revelations will just open their eyes to hardcore facts, but not change a thing in their marriage.
