Shows or Movies you didn't watch because of the cast

Do you skip any TV shows or movies just because you don't like someone in the cast, main lead, just some specific actor or judge on the show?

Mine:

Malaika Arora -Skipped India's Got Talent, Jhalak and many other shows bcoz I can't stand her presence. Never understood what talent she has got to deserve the Judge seat.

Salman - Never watched BB.

I am not a big fan of this format. Keeping people together so they can bark on each other is not my cup of tea. But I also don't dare to watch any part where my favorite actors visit the show for promotions.

Salman hosting it was the red sign for me. I have seen him host award shows, or parts of it and it was cringe worthy. He mostly doesn't make sense or acts like a moron, I feel awkward watching him interact with people. Can't understand how they select him to host anything at all.

I also skip most of his movies, unless someone recommends or reviews for his acting are good.

Akshay - Skipped most of Masterchef coz of him. He is almost same as Salman. His interactions with people are embarrassing. He used to treat the participants as if they are some 10 yr olds. I felt really uncomfortable watching it. Also Kunal Kapoor and Ajay Chopra (being the pros) were less harsh at judgement than him. Maybe he thought playing this strict judge will compensate for his lack of knowledge.

And why being a helper in Bangkok rest. or making food for your family makes one a legit judge for cooking competition anyway?

Krushna Abhishekh - I can't stand this guy. Don't find his acts funny. He stoops really low and his acts are in bad taste, he thinks vulgarity is the substitute for wit.

I skip all events events/movies he hosts or acts in.

Khaali Peeli - Because of Ananya Pandey - Her acting in the trailer put me off to a great extent.

Kargil girl becuase of Jhanvi. People kept saying that since she is only 3 movies old she should be excused, but I just couldn't go through the trailer.

Ghost Stories becuase of KJo🤣(more like because I knew he couldnt do a horror movie)

I didn't watch Bombay Velvet (for free) because of him😆

I don't watch most of Kareena Movies. Her OTT acting is cringing too.

Watching parts of JWM today I don't understand how she was given best actress for that kind of acting.

Any movie where Katrina is lead

I watched Zero but only because of SRK ( though it's another matter I regretted that decision forever)

I avoided Fitoor and Baar Baar Dekho only because of Katrina, even though I like ARK and Sid( for eye-candy only)

Most of Ranveer Singh movies. I can't stand him onscreen... Tiger shroff and Hrithik movies also don't appeal to me.

Movies with Deepika as lead I avoided watching Padmavat and BM for her stony acting even though I like PC as an actress no wonder PC ate her alive as Kashi the only DP movie I liked was Tamasha she was just good but there too Ranbir ruled the movie

I actively avoid watching any movies (Esp in a hall) which has these (as lead mainly)-

Katrina

Sonam

Jhanvi - Ananya - Sara

Rest I watch depending on how I feel about the trailer. Dont rely on “reviews” now since most of them feel biased and manipulated.

Same.. I would have loved the movie but Jahnavi's acting in the trailer put me off.
