Today is World Mental Health Day.

We all have so many thoughts on this already,but yeah I hope people are more empathetic towards each other.If not empathetic then at least careful with the choice of words they use.❤️

What is in your head is very much real .Not to be ignored at all

Depression,anxiety,suicidal thoughts are real issues and not signs of weakness and escapism,I hope people realise this

1. Motivated someone to pursue their dream


2. I noticed some fast food i eat has no taste to it. Trying to motivate to eat healthy.


3. Education is very important. Your values, principles and meanIng of your life. Pick a pen and change your Mess into a Message.

October 10, 2020


1. I wanted to do something outdoor but it was a windy day. No complaining. Very nice day.


2. I am keeping in touch with a person to launch her business. She is super talented and deserves all the success. Her inventory is ready, all she need is some minor stuff. So I am pushing her to launch before Holiday season begins.


3. When you do good, people will still find some faults in you. Keep doing the good. God rewards you, not the people. Let's stay positive and enjoy THE moments.😃

October 11, 2020


1. I went to supermarket to buy groceries, wanted to buy all the junk food including cases and pastries. But hold myself, trying to divert my thinking. Is this behavior leading me to achieve my dream and to become healthy? I am trying to avoid food that are high in sugar. Sometimes stress makes your brain to choose sugar. I am studying on this, will be posting more post on Brain and sugar.


2. Had a difficult time completing psych assignment. I told myself, let's take a break. My brain needs a clear vision in able to reach creativity.


3. I understand we are being taught to remain calm when someone is nasty, Karma will take care of it. But I like to know what made a person chose a path where they have to be rude, nasty and mean? One day I like to interview a arrogant, rude, heartless person. Why these choose this path? Knowing you are hurting someone and making other live miserable. Like to step in their shoe and see why?

Hey guys

I was just surfing about kaisi yeh yaariyan show and I stumbled up joining this forum thinking it'll be fun. So it's my first day here. And I wanted to get this outta my head.

I haven't been well lately even though I pretend that I'm alright from outside. I thought I was okay but something from my past have been bugging me lately. I feel so lonely and this is one feeling I'd never felt before because I was so comfortable with my solitude. I want someone in my life, I want to talk to someone and I want to be taken care of. I'm so done with being the care taker all my life and now I just want peace.
