yes ,absolutely right .zm has taken their viewers for granted.earlier it wasnt like that.actually in that era of abhalmaya,vadalvat,avaghachi sansar etc.most importantky trp was not d major factor as sp was a newly born baby,etv marathi at that time was not doing so well,zee yuva ,sony marathi not there.not so much compition .at that time zm had given shows based on diff subjects.their supeduperhit reality shows sa re ga ma,eka peksha ek,fu bai fu were all successful shows.other channels just copied zm.

what happened with that Zm became overconfident and started taking viewers for granted as our viewers will never leave us if we can give them anything.

bt now a days when viewers have so many choices with them,they show zm their right place.

sp is not making any logical or sensible shows ,bt had managed to take over zm.

bt as i already said ,its zm,this can b an eye opener to them.i know ,zm will bounce back with a bang.they just need one or two shows.

bt zm and all other channels must and should have learnt a lesson that dont take viewers for granted

Earlier we had only one option.. And that was zee marathi... Before converting it to zee, when it was alpha the content was really good... ZM at that time had really good content with them and we at least used to recognise that channel for content driven shows.... They used to balance out but with sane and rajadhyaksha exiting it has fallen badly.... They should just wipe out everything and start afresh by redefining their brand....

No tya veli Nilesh Mayekar ani deepak hote .

Okay, it seems Nikhil Sane was before that and he moved on to probably their films wing I think. Deepak became business head and Nilesh Mayekar as programming head. Then, Nikhil and Deepak moved on to CM 2-3 years back I think.

Is Nilesh Mayekar now heading ZM?
