If I am not mistaken Rudra knows the accident was too brutal to be an accident which is why he calls it a Murder. To pree it was an accident.

I think the first angle will be more as accident and then somehow the truth will come out that it was premeditated murder and it will come somehow be found out by pree.

Even if Rudra thinks of it as accident...he will be mad at pree for withholding such an imp thing from him and angry at protecting Yuvraj and taking his crime on her head. There will be some tense moments even if he won’t stop his trust or love on her.

And since Yuvraj is a leech is something known to Rudra, he will be out for blood. Then there is also Yuvraj telling pree saransh was kidnapped by Rudra to make him declare pree guilty...that also needs to come out. And that it was Yuvraj who kidnapped and then saved saransh to fake this and get money bribe from Rudra
