Exactly, he was only the prime person of interest since he's the CEO or the highest position of his company at the time so therefore definitely some discrepancy here. I'm not saying anybody's right or wrong but sometimes his acts will make one be untrustworthy even though he was eager to only get the deal passed. Once it got passed, either he'll continue to follow his business principles or he won't and that will remain a mystery and was scrapped. Devraj though relying entirely on Shravan like he's already burdened with selling the home, meeting suman after 7-8 years, shoulder injury, past grudges and whatnot. I think that was his insecurity, he thought Vijay might be cancel the deal for their personal differences.
He's also in fault that he didn't check the supplies properly by himself. But for that he can't be labelled Deshdrohi!
i felt more relatable to kavita than anjali...kavita showed more love and affection to both devraj & shravan ...maybe im saying this in wrong words but for some reason its just shravan at least showed love n respect to his parents while for suman, it was more shown as her admiring vijay more than anjali therefore we only got 1-2 moments but even in that moments anjali thanked suman for making vijay's mood better...somewhat sorta writing flaw that ive also seen not only post leap but preleap though it was more apparent post leap..
I agree....Kavita seems like the more real mother now! Yes she is dramatic but it's for her family and she is attached to everyone equally!
I don't know why but the relations in Tiwari family feel a bit formal to me....they aren't that free!
Writers need to remain in touch with their earlier writings!
in pre lockdown episodes she did give equal attention to her mother but there were mentions of vijay primarily...so the flaws always make me feel a bit more empathetic or feel bad that we never saw a proper mother-daughter relationship w/o vijay being mentioned...for suman her main people of inspiration were vijay, her martyred uncle and BB because all of them were in the army and when vijay mentioned that it was all of their dream to see her follow the expected path (even though even suman wanted to join the army and has said that she wanted to created her own identity in the army like who's that girl or whatever comment she made to kanchan i think in preleap episodes) that goes to show to me that suman was nurtured in a way to follow the expectations of her family but when shravan entered she started to feel her real self...only to lose her father in the terrorist tragedy then she blames shravan for bursting the rigid bubble that she felt happy and perfect in...hence i somewhat sense a distrust in forming relationships right away...Originally posted by: Pranushka_723

The thing is if the vest was indeed faulty then Devraj bribing someone to get his deal passed would actually make him directly culpable.
@bold. to be honest I thought it was weird that Shravan was off in the army when his dad supposedly needed him. Even his dad saying you don't visit that often is weird. I actually don't get why Shravan is in the army to be honest. Just to earn back the family's lost respect?

+1 Anjali-Suman bond didn't feel that strong post-leap!
Suman is a confused soul rn....writers are failing at bringing up her character and KK isn't using her potential I guess
