I’m still kind of down as we were indirectly promised a 302 FIR last week. What the hell is the CBI up to?

Thank God for these mercies, atleast Rhea is in jail. Just hope now CBI files FIR under 302 at the earliest.

CBI is stuck. If they file 302 then homicide charges needs to be probed and names of those involved have to be revealed which CBI can’t risk. So I guess they will drag the case till they can and ultimately declare it as mysterious/suicide death due to lack of evidences.

I would like to remind everyone where we were before this PR gimmick. Vikhas Singh had rightly claimed that when AIIMs (was ethically doing their job) they had told him it was 200% murder. We were all swearing why hasn’t suicide been ruled yet and 302 FIR been lodged. After this PR gimmick everyone including Ishkaran is implying we should be happy murder hasn’t been ruled out. Umm.. no that sets us back weeks in the investigation before Vikhas Singh complained. In fact the news was the 302 FIR was supposed to be lodged on Saturday. That’s where we should be. We should still be swearing why it isn’t clear that it was a murder according to CBI because if they were doing an ethical job going by Vikhas Singh statement they would have reached that conclusion now. In no way is it a celebration that at least murder hasn’t been ruled out and CBI might still be finding ways to make it seem like a suicide.
