So far we have seen - crash landing on you, what’s wrong with secretary Kim, strong woman dobong soon, king - eternal monarch, Heirs, sky castle, memories of Alahambra (hated the ending), weight lifting fairy and Healer. We just finished with Healer yday , loved it. Will be starting Goblin today. We tried to watch it couple of times but couldn’t go past the first episode. The rating is high so will give it one more try.

Welcome to the K-drama club...once you start watching one then you can’t stop...Did you watch the recent one...it’s okay to not be okay and Record of Youth....BTW your favorite BB3 person watch Record of Youth I think...he been following the lead actress on insta and liking her posts...she also acted in Parasite so maybe it can be that he watched the movie and followed her. Goblin it takes a while to get into it. I watched it and I ended up liking it...they also filmed a section in Canada, Quebec.

I have watched all the dramas you mentioned except sky castle, Eternal Monarch and memories of Alahambra...sky castle has the highest rating...yet to watch.

We have started the second wave...my province is in partial lockdown for 28 days...it’s mainly due to open schools I think....they closed restaurants, bars, events, cinema theater, museums, libraries....and we are not allowed to meet with family and friends, but kids have to go to school...which doesn’t really make sense...but they want to keep it open so that kids don’t feel depressed and permitting the parents to work...I guess if in 28 days the numbers don’t get better then they may think about it....also masks are mandatory indoors here...which kind of help.

Same feeling about MI. Would be boring if they win again. I am rooting for DC too, they have everything going good for them , good opening batsmen, strong middle order and explosive power hitters like Stoinis and Hetmeyer coming towards the end. Awesome bowlers like Rabada and Nortje. And a level headed cool captain Shreyas Iyer. A total package. They have never won IPL before. All this makes me want to root for them.

I feel pity for RCB for never winning the cup as well. Have some fav players in that team. I love ABD, started liking Padikkal as well, Shivam dube looks like one of my nephew, Washington sundar is also in that team. Kohli is a great player but not a good captain. His temperament will cost the match. I want the Indian team to be captained by Rohit for the upcoming years.

Thanks Maya. Yes , Kdramas are totally addictive. Decent enough to watch withe kids as well. My kids (13 and 10) will close their eyes if any kissing scenes come. I say it is okay , it’s just a way to show love. They still create a big scene. we haven’t watched the new ones yet. I have a list which I created after reading reviews and ratings. So slowly watching one by one.
sky castle is very good, different from the normal romantic kdramas. Every parent should watch it, good eye opener. Eternal monarch was also very nice. Memories of Alhambra - most people won’t like as it is little violent and fully into gaming. Ending spoiled it for me. They say the writer is always like that - she wrote the drama W as well.
Schools have started here as well so the numbers are increasing slightly. Our isd gave the option of either coming to school or remote learning, we chose remote learning for the kids till December . They will decide later whether to continue this option or not in Jan. It is kind of depressing at times , not able to go out anywhere or mingle with friends. That’s why we tried to explore new options like kdrama etc. kids play in the backyard and I Started going for morning runs just from last week. I tried using mask but it was too suffocating to run with the mask. Planning to get a breathable mask.

Glad to hear u r safe. Here in Ireland again cases have started rising. One +ve case in my kids school, got a text message today. They also said close contacts have been emailed and Thankgod we didn’t get any email but still it’s scary ..

I am not going to send my kid to school probably this week ..

As Maya said, I don’t understand these restrictions at all.. more than two house hold cannot meet , wedding should be restricted to 20 people but allow 30 kids from different households to be in closed spaces. Kids have to wear the mask whole time in class which is very difficult ..

I wish this year ends soon , too many bad news ..

Antha kutty ponnu and payyan look too young to be in Bigboss. Etho aal kidaikkama ulla thooki potta mathiri irukku . Btw some female contestants looked so diff without makeup .
omg that Suresh Chakravarthy guy I remember him . He has become complete bald . I finally realized who he was . Who in right mind will touch kamal’s feet , floor, foot steps and put on their 👀 ?

I was shocked how people still continue to do this . I hope the culture of touching human feet vanishes with this virus .

So young and taken away from us this fast . I pray for her family and friends to overcome this great loss. This forum is never going to be the same without her. I don’t know her personally, never saw or talked to her in person but couldn’t stop the tears from my eyes as soon as I saw the pm and while typing this ... RIP our sweetest ❤️.

I hope someone on IF atleast has met her or talked to her by phone or have some contact with her family and can convey how much she is missed out here. Is there anyone who has contact to her family? Hope they (forum-ers) can talk to them (her family) and convey the feelings, share , to provide some solace.

My cousins are going through the same fear as they also have kids going to school...not really easy for the parents...in some provinces here they offer the choice of virtual vs in person learning to reduce the class count...however not in my province...it’s only in person...if someone test positive in the class then they close the class and everyone has to be quarantined for 14 days...during that time they have some virtual learning.

Hope your kids stays safe. I just hope 2021 is better.
